Using Megabrowser as a Web server

Megabrowser component architecture

Megabrowser’s foundation is built based on its very flexible and extendable component architecture. Almost each of its service is implemented as a separate component satisfying the defined specification for Megabrowser components. This makes it easy for third party software developers to implement new components and plug them into Megabrowser.

All components are divided into several categories like System, Services, etc. Each component in turn provides its own tree of resources: web sites for WWW service, FTP sites for FTP service, and so on. All of these structures are combined into one tree called the service tree (Fig.9, Fig.2).

To setup a component or one of its resources right-click on the corresponding node in the service tree and choose what you want from the drop-down menu that appears. Let’s begin with WWW components and their resources.
